Forests, a lake, and a sandy beach are all within a 5-minute walk (0 to 400 meters away), creating plenty of opportunities for relaxation and adventure. Free bikes, boat, and kayaks are available upon agreement. The lake is this regions true gem!

Large groups can comfortably gather in the living room, kitchen, dining room, and across 3 outdoor patios. The 2400 m² property includes lawns, patios, meadow, trees, 2 fireplaces, a woodshed, and a garage converted for table tennis. Children have plenty of space to play freely, and you might even spot a moose at the forest edge!

UPPER FLOOR:

BEDROOM 1: Double bed (180x200 cm), wardrobe, desk.

BEDROOM 2: Two beds (80x200 cm each), balcony, room is separated from the common area by a curtain.

COMMON AREA/TV ROOM: Sofa bed, armchairs, TV with Chromecast. Fireplace is not in use.

BEDROOM 3: Children's bunk bed (80x180 cm), wardrobe.

BATHROOM 1: New in 2023, spacious, includes wardrobe, towel warmer, shower.

GROUND FLOOR:

BEDROOM 4: Double bed (200x150 cm), wardrobe.

HALLWAY: Equipped with washing machine and dryer. Plenty of space, including a workdesk with visitor's info.

BATHROOM 2: A bit older. Spacious shower area, limited space near toilet.

MAIN LIVING ROOM: Sofas, armchairs, fireplace, books, board games. Lovely view and exit to the garden.

KITCHEN: Spacious with stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and much more. Plenty of tableware and kitchen tools.

DINING ROOM: Located next to kitchen and outdoor patio, overlooking the garden and forest.

OUTDOOR AREAS: A total of 3 patios plus large lawn, including fireplaces and barbeque spots (charcoal and wood).

Also available: Outdoor drying rack, outdoor sink/water, woodshed, and garage (for table tennis, not cars), towels, toilet paper, basis spices, coffee, tea and more.

Extra charges: Mandatory final cleaning fee 900 SEK. Optional bed linens 150 SEK/person .

Wi-Fi via mobile network, TV, Bluetooth stereo. Plenty of indoor/outdoor games provided.

Note: The house is not allergy-proof. The property has height variations and stairs—unsuitable for guests with mobility limitations.
