Beachhouse in beatiful Halmstad

We are renting out our beautiful modern villa (built in 2017) on selected dates this summer and autumn. Please contact us with your wishes if the desired dates are not available.
The house has an open modern floor plan with a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The furniture includes designer pieces from Swedese, Hay, and Källemo among others. All to complement the high standard of the house. A generous sofa invites you to lounge in front of the modern 75-inch Samsung TV.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own door to the patio and garden.
The master bedroom is furnished with a large bed, 210 cm wide, and has its own bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower, and of course, a towel warmer.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, 180 cm, and a separate office area with a monitor for connecting your own device. There is also a wall-mounted Samsung TV.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed, 160 cm, with two wardrobes. Bathroom 2 has a toilet, shower, washbasin, and of course a towel warmer.
There is a back entrance with a washing machine and dryer, and of course, there is also an outdoor drying rack for sandy beach towels...

A carport equipped with a fast charger and 5 bicycles of different types is also available. You can comfortably fit 4 cars in the garage driveway.Of course, the house is equipped with WiFi, etc.On the generous terrace, there are lounge furniture and also a dining area group and a large parasol for the hot sunny days.
