Cottage near swimming spot in northern Häljaröd

Charming seaside cottage at the peninsula Kullahalvön with room for 6 persons. The dwelling is in peaceful environment surrounded by beautiful Skåne agricultural landscape.
In the cottage, which is of about 50m², there is a kitchen, a small hallway, and 3 bedrooms.
Located on a corner plot towards southwest, with a large private patio. Approximately half of the patio has a covering roof.
The garden has bushes, trees, and a lawn for games.
The former garage is integrated with the cottage, and has storage, shower, and WC.

Two of the bedrooms has bunk beds, one bedroom has two single beds. One of the bedrooms doesn´t have a door, but instead had a drapery. In total 6 beds.

The kitchen is equipped with most of what is needed for cooking and serving, microwave oven, electric kettle, and coffee percolator. Cooker with two hobs and small oven. Fridge with ice box. Dining area for five persons in the all-purpose room. Would you rather sit and eat outside on the patio, there is room for five to six persons.

The cottage was built during late 60: s, so there is a basic standard, but offer most of what you need for a week’s holiday. Broadband/WiFi unlimited usage. TV available in the all-purpose room.

In the cottage there are some summer toys such as badminton equipment (incl. net), croquet and boules game. There are 4 older bicycles available to lend.
The cottage is heated by a air heat pump in the all-purpose room. This can also be used as an air conditioner during warm summer days.

The cottage is located about 200 mts from Häljaröd marina, where you easy can swim from the pier ladder. By the marina you can watch the sunset over the sea and at the same time have a view over the Kullen, Skälderviken, and Bjärehalvön. If you like to go to a large sandy beach, you can walk for about 1,5km over the meadows along the sea to Farhult beach. If you would rather go a bicycle, you can use the trail Kattegattsleden, a bicycle trail which stretches between Helsingborg and Gothenburg. It is also possible to park your car by Farhult beach, if you prefer to go by car.

By the marina is the trail Kullaleden, which is a part of Skåneleden. Skåneleden stretchs between Helsingborg and Utvälinge, circa 70km.
Near the cottage is Rönnen, a bird sanctuary which you will pass along the Kullaleden. The beautiful trail is suitable for hiking and jogging.

In the surroundings there are several tourist attractions and possibilities to activities such as:

- Arilds vingård (vineyard)

The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning.
Bed linen and towels are not included.

We do not rent to persons under the age of 25 years old.
Checking in and out on Saturdays if nothing else is agreed.
