House by the sea and forest north of Mönsterås

In the beautiful seaside village of Svartö, lies this charming holiday home. The beach is only a 200-meter walk away. A lovely swimming area with picnic tables and barbecue grills is 500 meters away, along with many scenic hiking trails that also have barbecue areas.

The house features an open-plan living room and kitchen with a cozy fireplace and all the modern amenities. There are also two shower/bathrooms with toilets, a utility room with a washing machine, and two bedrooms - one with a king-sized bed (180 cm wide) and another with a bunk wbed (120/90 cm). In the living room, there is also a comfortable sofa bed. Additionally, a crib, high chair, children's books, and toys are available, as well as Wi-Fi and a TV.
At the front of the house, there's a small veranda, and at the back, a large terrace complete with a dining area, sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue grill.

The nearest town is Mönsterås, which boasts ICA and Coop supermarkets, a liquor store, pharmacy, and numerous small shops, restaurants and pizzerias. There's also an indoor swimming pool with an adventure pool and an excellent playground behind the Tourist Office. The town also houses a fantastic library where you can listen to Carl Boberg's world-renowned hymn "How Great Thou Art" with many famous artists.

To the south of Mönsterås, Timmernabben has a fabulous fish restaurant and fish shop. Further south is Kalmar, which has it’s own castle and a bridge to Öland.
To the north, you'll find Oskarshamn with the Döderhultar Museum, a car ferry to northern Öland, and a boat to the legendary island of Blå Jungfrun. A bit further north is Astrid Lindgren's World, which takes about 1.5 hours by car.

The changeover day is on Saturdays unless otherwise agreed upon.

Check-in is at earliest 3 pm, and check-out is no later than 11 am.

Please note that cleaning, towels, and linens are not included.
