This house is located on Resarö, 30 minutes from Stockholm and 10 minutes from the small town of Vaxholm. Within walking distance there are jetties and beaches. The verandas facing both east and west offer morning/morning sun and afternoon/evening sun. There is a jacuzzi in one of the balconies. In the garden there is a greenhouse, a trampoline and large areas for playing and socializing. The driveway is spacious and a charging box is available. The house has four bedrooms, two livingrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and one wc.
