Family friendly house with sea views

Charming, kid friendly house with a wrap-around balcony complete with sea views. The house has 5 bedrooms, three on the top floor and two on the ground floor. Two bathrooms, both with showers and a bathtub in the downstairs bathroom as well. The kitchen is fully equipped and seats 6 (though 8 is possible). There is an upstairs living room, as well as a TV-room downstairs perfect for kids, with movies and a lot of games (and HDMI cable for those interested in connecting their computers and streaming their own programs).

You can enjoy the summer weather in the garden, greenhouse, and with the wrap-around balcony allowing you to follow the sun all day long. Breakfast can be eaten in the sunshine in the back at the round table that seats 5, while the whole gang can enjoy a grilled dinner on the front balcony (sits 8) while relaxing to the setting sun.
Amenities: Wifi, washer and dryer, dishwasher, charging box for electric vehicles, parking for two cars, a trampoline for the kids and a grill.
The house is a 10-15 min walk from Lysekil center where there are many shops, restaurants, cafes and more. Two well-supplied grocery stores are within 10 minutes walking. The house is just next to two ponds where many enjoy fishing or taking a relaxing walk. There are many swimming sights in close proximity such as Valbodahlen, Långevik, Pinnevik (popular with young children), and Norra Hamnen.

Sheets and towels are available. Guests are responsible for cleaning (equipment and supplies available).
