The house is located in the middle of the broad-leaved forest by Bästekille Backar where a small gravel road leads up to Kivik and Södra Mellby. Here is everything you might wish for!
Nature is something to comment on. By dawn the deer comes out and the nightingale makes itself heard. You can go for a morning swim in the pool before your coffee, or an evening dip beneath the stars.
You can reach the beaches in 10 minutes. Knäbäckshusen, Vitemölla and Haväng to mention just a few. Knäbäckshusen´s beach is regarded as one of Sweden's finest! Stenshuvud National Park together with Haväng, within 15 minutes reach.
Österlen is Sweden´s Provence and that will be clear when you are staying here. The vastness and the light, the food and culture. The definition of an idyllic spot!

I have to give 5 stars in all categories for this property, it's absolutely amazing. It feels really remote, with a very peaceful and tranquil location in the forest, but at the same time the nearby village (Sankt Olof) has everything needed just a few minutes away. The swimming pool is perfect for a quick swim (which we did every day), while there's also a lake and several excellent beaches a short distance away. The house itself is really comfortable and spacious, and the host Andreas couldn't have been more helpful right from booking to the end of our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.
