Villa from the turn of the century from 1906 located on large lakeside plot of 8,500m² next to water area in Sjötorp, Aspvik. The main building is situated by the water in a private cape about 25Km from Stockholm, road and closeness to Stockholm inlet together with the outer archipelago by boat.
The main building, of circa 260m², has during the present owner been renovated gently and with a typical design without renouncing today’s need of technology. Several lovely details such as fireplaces, floor, doors etc are preserved. The building is painted heedfully with linseed oil paint both inside and outside.
On the ground floor there is a country kitchen with plenty of room together with a large TV. Two dishwashers, fridge and freezer with a built in ice maker and carbonated cold water.
As an addition there are several large social areas where the boundary between inside and outside are blurred, thanks to the many hand blown windows that are overlooking the sea.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with fantastic sea view and morning sunshine. The master bedroom has a large TV and a suite.
The bathroom with shower and a tub offer a free sea view. On the first floor there is also a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble drier.
On the second floor there is a generous attic with two extra broad beds (berths for four persons/two in each bed) open planning with a suite and a private WC.
The house in general:
A large open fireplace, three beautiful tiled stoves together with a fireplace to raise the snug factor.
The lakeside plot with its long shoreline comprehends a children friendly sandy beach, lawn, cliffs, jetties together with a private marina. The estate has a generous jetty facility with room for several boats and with sail boat depth, renovated in 2012. On the ground plot there are two additional cottages with double beds, one with a private WC, shower and kitchen.

Large boat house with a sauna and large spa area. The boat house was built in 1906, has an old charm.
Here you can use the sauna and go for a swim straight in to the sea. With the pier in direct connection to the boat house, it is possible to moor with a private boat. Besides the wooden heated sauna and spa, there is a shower with hot and cold water and a WC. The sauna can also be used during winter and with possibilities to take an ice bath in a hole in the ice.
Fishing net, life jackets, water skies, boat ring/tube etc are available to lend.
In the garden there is an herb garden, apple and plum trees, raspberry and elder bushes together with an impressive Rhododendron.
The estate is located about 25Km from Stockholm.

Please note that cleaning is included, ten large towels and ten smaller towels together with freshly made beds at arrival.

Bedroom 1: A very broad bed (2,35 meters wide). Large TV with sofa and armchairs with a fantastic view over the sea.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (2,10 meters wide). Big sofa and also with a stunning view over the sea.
Bedroom 3: a private floor at the top with two double beds (1,65 meter and 1.45 meter wide), private WC, suite with a coffee table together with a miles long view over the sea.
Cottage 1: Double bed, private WC, shower and kitchen.
Cottage 2: Double bed
Cottage 3: Large spa with fridge, sauna and WC.
Private parking outside the houses.
To ensure your booking:
20% of the rent is to be paid within ten days after booking.
The remaining rent is to be paid at the latest one month prior to arrival day.
Cleaning is included in the rent.
Ten large towels, ten smaller towels and freshly made beds upon arrival.
