LAST MINUTE - Åre Beach Cottage - 10 beds

Enjoy a wonderful winter week at Åre ski resort. The beach villa is located next to the beach area at Lake Åre. You can take the train as the train station is just 300 meter away. Close to everything; restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, liquor store, bathhouse, gym, spa, and last but not least - the ski slopes! About 300m from the villa, the ski bus goes for those who don't want to walk the additional 300 meters to the funicular railway at Åre square that takes you up and into the ski system.

The villa consists of a studio and a large apartment with a shared entrance and hall with drying cabinet. From the hall there are separate lockable doors to the studio and the large apartment.

The large apartment is arranged over two floors and has three bedrooms. The master bedroom downstairs has a double bed. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two bunk beds, and a double bed on the sofa bed in the living room. Downstairs you'll find a bathroom with a sauna and washing machine, as well as a guest toilet. There's also a large living room with a cozy wood-burning stove (free firewood included) together with the kitchen. From the living room there's access to a terrace with a partial roof overlooking the lake and the mountains. On the terrace there's a dining area and a charcoal grill.

In the studio you'll find a bedroom with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. From the bedroom studio you can access a private terrace overlooking the lake and the mountains.

The villa provide a free ski storage room and a parking space with an electricity pole. You check in at the reception like at the hotel and come to a clean and made-up apartment. Final cleaning is included so just leave the key cards at the reception when checking out.
