Welcome to Karkashult Vilhem 1, a charming house with over 100 years of history, currently undergoing a careful renovation that will soon be completed.
Here, you’ll find a unique blend of preserved original details and modern updates. It’s not a luxury home, but instead offers the genuine feeling of the countryside, forest surroundings, and the cozy atmosphere of a classic grandmother’s house, perfect for those who grew up in the 70s or 80s and remember summer visits to the countryside.

The house is insulated and equipped with an air-to-water heat pump, making it suitable for year-round stays. There’s a newly renovated bathroom upstairs, while the original one remains on the ground floor. The TV room is currently under renovation but still in use. Please note: the staircase is steep, so use caution.

Fishing – There is a lake nearby where you can conveniently purchase a fishing permit via a mobile app.
Hunting – We have a baiting site with a hunting cabin where wild boar hunting is possible. All hunting must be booked in advance and depends on the availability of a tracking dog. All permits, hunting licenses, and weapon licenses must be valid and in order. Pricing is agreed individually based on the arrangement and conditions.
