The property is located in Motjärnshyttan, a scenic farm by a beautiful tarn, slightly hidden in the embrace of nature, in a cultural village with mining history and one of the era's largest blast furnaces. If you want to ground yourself and feel the pulse of nature, this is your place! A wood-fired sauna is just a few steps from the water, and right in front of the house, across the water, is a beaver lodge.

Located in the magical Värmland region, between Hagfors and Filipstad. About 1 hour and 45 minutes by car from Karlstad, and the nearest airport is Hagfors (30 min) with daily weekday flights to Arlanda. About 1 hour from Sunne and to Branäs: approximately 150 km, a travel time of about 2 hours. There are also close connections to other cultural areas of Swedish history such as Nordmark (about 15 min), among others.
