Solar energy (12 volts) for lighting and mobile charging. Propane for refrigerator, stove, and oven. Yard pump (no running water inside), wood-burning stove, basic WC (manual water pouring for flushing), outdoor furniture, and grill. Large deck with handicap ramp. Possibility to rent a shared sauna.
