The house has 92 square meters of living space with two bedrooms with two beds in each room and the livingroom has a sofa bed that easily turns into a 140cm bed. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and also a washing machine. The house has a modern bathroom with running water, flush toilet and shower. There is also Fiber with wifi connection which enables you to work from the house.
You have the entire house and the garden of over 5,000 square meters to yourself.

The house is located in Långlöt on the eastern side of Öland, which is a little quieter and less touristy than the western side. The house is close to Öland's two largest cities, Borgholm and Färjestaden, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. It is about 2km down to the sea from the house. 5 minutes away by car is Bjärby, which has one of Öland's absolute finest beaches. 3 minutes away by car is Öland's museum Himmelsberga with interesting history, lots of entertainment for children and beautiful hiking trails.
