Big house in Kungshamn

Welcome to rent our large and spacious house that easily accommodates two families, maybe even three! Let go of everyday life at home but continue to enjoy all everyday comforts. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday. In the spring of 2024, we will install an electric car charger. (Cost for electricity is added).

The house has 10+2 beds. On the upper floor are three large bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and a family bed and one with a family bed and an adjustable desk. Perfect for those who may need to work for a while during the days off or want to be able to accompany the rest of the family. Of course, there is fiber in place for a stable connection. Furthermore, there is a nice bathroom with a bathtub.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, Moccamaster coffee maker with thermos function, soda streamer and air fryer, fridge and freezer in full size and usual equipment. From the kitchen you can reach the balcony with morning sun where it is wonderful to enjoy your morning coffee.

In the newly renovated living room there is a spacious sofa and TV with Telias basic range. The TV is a smart TV, so it is possible to bring your own streaming subscriptions. Furthermore, there is a dining area for 12 people. A junior seat and a baby seat are available if you have smaller children.

From the living room you can reach the balcony with afternoon/evening sun, where there is room for two pieces of furniture which means that the whole party has plenty of space. Because the balcony is half glazed, it is possible to sit outside even on colder and rainy evenings. Of course, there is a gas grill for lovely barbecue evenings in the sun!

The garden is large and contains both apple, plum and cherry trees, currant bushes and rhubarb. So depending on the season, there may be goodies to munch on. by the balcony provides space for both socializing and playing.

In the basement floor there is a lounge with a sofa bed that can be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. There is also a newly renovated guest toilet. At the far end you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a shower and sauna with room for 4-6 people.

The house is located in the quiet Abbagård area, which is right on the edge of a nature area with an exercise loop and outdoor gym. Several bathing spots within walking distance, of which 1 km to lovely pier bathing in central Kungshamn and 1.5 km to the child-friendly Tångenbadet with both sandy beach, jetties, rock bathing and crab fishing spots.

In addition to swimming, there are many other things to experience in the vicinity of Kungshamn.
People like to go to Smögen with the cozy Zita boats that depart from central Kungshamn during the summer season. It is also possible to take a boat to Hållö, with the beautiful marble pool. Nordens Ark, a zoo for endangered animals, can be reached in just under 20 minutes by car, as can Sotenäs Golf Club for those interested in golf.
