A good sized 2 bedroom appartment with a small private garden. Fits 3-4 adult or 2 adults + 2-3 children on vacation/weekend!
Private entrance, small private garden with yor own seating area and a small private driveway with room for one car.
We (the owners) lives above and our entrance is on the other side of the house.

Seasons and price range

Price per week from 8500 SEK

We use standard cost for electricity because the appartments share the abonnemang. To be payed to houseowner before leaving. The electricity standard cost includes garbage, water, heat and hotwater therefore different costs over the year.
Summer 400 SEK/w
Fall/spring 700 SEK/w
Winter 1000 SEK/w

You can rent bedding and towels for 150 SEK/person

Endcleaning can be ordered for 1500 SEK

These fees to be paid cash to landlord during the week, thank you.
