In the southwest part of Småland and by a winding gravelroad you find the red house. The house has 3 bedrooms with 5 beds. The groundfloor has a kitchen, living room, a bedroom with a doublebed and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor you have 2 bedrooms with singel beds and a toilet.

If you are seeking peace and quiet, this is the place. You can take a walk in the forest and maybe you will see wild animals like a deer, moose, fox or a rabbit.

If you like fishing, there are serveral fishinglakes in the area. The lake Fegen is closest to the house, about 1 km away. There we have a simple rowingboat you can lend. In the lake you find pike, perch, pike-perch, common bream. You need fishing licence but you can buy it online.

It is about 10 minutes by car (7 km) to Burseryd where you find a small grocery store, gas station, pizzeria, lunchrestaurant (closed in July) and a store where you can buy tools and other things. In the village Smålandsstenar, about 17 km from the house you find different kind of shops, restaurants and café , outdoor swimmingpool, train and bus station.

Vi havde et skønt ophold i huset, der ligger tæt på søen Fegen. Værterne var enormt søde og hjælpsomme. Huset er indrettet i lidt gammeldags stil, hvilket giver charme. Alting fungerer godt, køkken og badeværelse er nyere og fuldt funktionelle. Huset ligger godt, hvis man er glade for ture i skoven, indsamling af bær, fuglekiggeri eller blot nyde den smålandske stilhed og smukke natur.
