well-located house by the sea on an island in the Luleå archipelago. A taxi boat runs every weekday and in winter you drive to the island on the municipality's ice road.
Here you pick berries and mushrooms in autumn, swim by yourself on one of the island's beautiful beaches, cozy up in front of the fireplace either in the kitchen or in the living room. A large glass veranda faces the sea and the house has two large balconies that also look out to sea. Sauna is in the building next door. Underfloor heating, TV, washing machine and dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Two double beds, two single beds and two sofa beds mean that there is plenty of space.
