ENVIRONMENT
It is only 1.5 km walk or bike ride to the small, beautiful fishing community, Hälleviksstrand. Here are the old west coast cottages in a row, a wide bay runs through the entire community and you can't miss Hällevikstrand's red wooden church, which is perhaps the most beautiful church in Sweden?

In Hälleviksstrand you also have a nice and popular swimming area with a newly built jetty and good parking if you prefer to take the car.

At the restaurant Erwing's Junkfood you can enjoy good food in a unique environment with a wonderful sea view, you can challenge a friend in darts and quizzes on Tuesdays. Right next door is Hälleviksstrand's Grill & Ice Cream Kiosk, which serves recognized good and certified hamburgers and ice cream from, among others," Lejonet & Björnen". A short distance away there is also a cozy restaurant with wood-fired pizzas. It is easy to book Sauna Andstensholmen, which is a completely newly built sauna located right by the sea.

THE HOUSE
Small cozy cottage on a wonderful plot bordering nature and protective mountains. The cottage is well planned and the retro-inspired decor takes you back to the 50s. In the hall to the right is a toilet with sink and washing machine. The shower is fully tiled and fresh, it is located at the back and has its own door from the balcony.
Adjacent to the kitchen are two bedrooms, each with a bunk bed. Further into the house is the cozy TV room, which in turn adjoins the bedroom with the double bed (two 90 beds together). The "gem" of the house is the patio at the front, here you can sit and enjoy on warm summer evenings, perfect with a roof that protects against both sun and rain. The cottage is located in a quiet area on a cul-de-sac. It is child-friendly here and there is plenty of space for outdoor play.

Things to do in Orust
Take a walk on Orust - The Pilgrimsleden on Orust is eight miles long and connects eight churches and is just one of many beautiful hiking trails on the island. Tabletop honey farm where you and your children, in a very educational way, can see how the bees live and make honey. You can also buy good coffee and honey caramels here. Right next to it is & Tavlebords country store, which functions as a market hall where local producers themselves sell their food and handicrafts.A day trip to car-free Gullholmen or Käringön is a must, the ferries depart from Tuvesvik. Töllås sheep farm, wonderful cafe, where you can also buy vegetables from the garden country.
Miss Trulls and Morlanda trade garden are also a must when visiting Orust.
