The kitchens are well equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, etc. Modern bathrooms.

Each apartment has a large garden, nice patio with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol.

The rent includes heating, electricity, internet and alarm.

A deposit of SEK 1,000, paid with Swish upon entry and returned when the apartment is well cleaned upon departure and keys are returned.

Cleaning is not included in the rent. If desired, a cleaning company with a RUT deduction can be booked by the host.

Bed linen; such as sheets, pillowcases, towels are not included in the rent. Nor kitchen towel or tablecloth.

-Malen's swimming pool, which is a municipal temperate saltwater pool,
- The sea in the form of Laholm Bay with a sandy beach,
