Country cottage, Kinnekullebygden

In Kinne-Vedum, just north of the Götene urban area, is this small charming cottage. The house is probably an old hillside cottage dating from the 19th century. The house is now modernly equipped and has largely been tastefully renovated. The house is beautifully situated on a small hill overlooking the fields and close to the forest. In the garden, something is always blooming from early spring to late autumn.

The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which is on the upper floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave oven, combined fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
In the bedroom downstairs there is a double bed (queen size 160cm) and upstairs there are two single beds.
In the living room there is a sofa, armchairs and dining area, a stove and TV, WiFi and the possibility of cromecast.
The bathroom consists of WC, shower and washing machine.

Good to know: The cottage is old and charming, which also means that the ceiling height in the rooms is slightly lower (about 2 meters) and that the doorsteps are a little higher, also the floors downstairs (in the living room and in the bedroom) are slightly sloping.

In the garden there is a patio with garden furniture and barbecue facilities.

Bed linen, towel and bath towel are included.

OTHER: In the immediate area there is a lot to see and do. for example. Kinnekulle with its beautiful and exciting natural areas, medieval churches, hiking and mountain biking trails, lookout towers, swimming areas, restaurants and cafes, even the Kinnekullering motorway. In Hällekis you will find Falkängen's craft village and in Lundsbrunn there is both a popular golf course and a newly constructed disc golf course. In Götene urban area there are, among other things, grocery stores, restaurants, pizzerias, shoe and clothing stores, electric light track, padel hall and bowling alley.

About 25 km from Götene is the amusement park Skara Sommarland. The cities of Lidköping and Mariestad are also within a couple of miles radius with shopping and cozy urban environments. North of Lidköping is Kållandsö with the pleasant and popular destinations Läckö castle and Spikens fishing village.
