Beautiful house inside Dalviken bay, with a separate loghouse and a sauna on the bridge. The main house (90sqm) with a master bedroom, a single room, one bathroom, living room with fireplace and sea view, dining room with sea view and an extra spacious kitchen. The loghouse (20sqm) accommodates two beds and a fireplace. The property includes a carport (2 spaces), gardens and its own direct access to the sea. It is easily accessible by car but there is also a bus stop 400 metres down the road.

5 beds + 2 (sofa-bed)
Bathroom with water toilet and shower
Washing machine
Dishwasher, gas stove and oven, electrical oven, microwave, fridge, freezer
Own bridge and sauna
BBQ
Parking on site
Baby travel bed available
TV/internet in both houses (starting June 2022)
Bedding and towels available for rent (SEK 200 per set)
2 kayaks available for rent (SEK 100 per day)
Small motor boat available for rent (SEK 1000 per day, fuel excluded)
Fridge stocking possible (SEK 200 plus food cost)
Pick up/drop off possible upon discussion

Guests will tidy up, take out the trash and clean the dishes themselves. A cleaning fee of SEK 1500 is added per stay.
Prices per week:
High season (June, July, August, Christmas-New Year) SEK 22 000 /week
Off season (April, May, September, October) SEK 16 000 /week
Low season (November, December, January, February) SEK 10 000 /week

We had a wonderful time in Chandni's house: fantastic views, light everywhere, coasy furniture, great kitchen for cooking together and comfy beds. The boys enjoyed their own little house for sleeping. Everything you dream of for a great holiday. We could also use the kayaks and the boat, so the kids were entertained. Sauna down at the jetty is a must if you want to jump in the Baltic afterwards to cool down. Chandni and her family were most welcoming and very friendly hosts. They were always there if we needed something. Thank you so much, we will come back soon!
