The building spans three floors, each with a rental apartment. Situated centrally yet a bit away from the nightlife's buzz, it's next to one of Visby's oldest medieval storehouses, "Gamla Apoteket". The view from the house’s windows spans beautiful gardens and the city's rooftops, capturing the essence of Visby.

Just a stone's throw away, you'll find the park Almedalen and, of course, the sea, which offers wonderful relaxation for the soul regardless of the weather.

Adjacent is the Best Western Strand Hotel, where guests can enjoy breakfast at a reduced price. Or why not make use of Visby's only relaxation area with a pool, dry and steam sauna, available to both men and women.

The apartments feature three rooms including two bedrooms, each furnished with two 90cm beds. There's a large living room with a decorative fireplace (not in use) and a TV, alongside a large kitchen with seating for 4-6 people, equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has been recently renovated and includes a shower. Access to the building's private, secluded garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities is provided.

The TV includes a basic selection of channels, including a couple of movie channels. Wireless internet is included.

Linen, towels, parking, and final cleaning services can be added for an additional fee.

Pets are welcome.

Four standard beds are available, with the option to add 1-2 extra beds for SEK 1000 each.

Please note that a booking fee of SEK 950 is charged by the agency once the agreement has been approved by both the landlord and the tenant.
