Cozy holiday home of 55 square meters and a guest cottage of 15 square meters in Grönviken right by the sea. 10 min to Nyköping and 5 min to Oxelösund. For rent to holidaymakers for a limited period.

The holiday home has 2 rooms and a sleeping loft with double beds. Simpler home-built staircase up to the loft. The loft is not childproof. 3 beds in the guest house of which one bunk bed. The guest house is 15 square meters. A total of 5 beds in both cabins. But if you are more there is an extra bed and mattress.

Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need, large corner sofa, fireplace and hot tub with free firewood, modern Samsung Smart TV, modern Bluetooth speakers, underfloor heating in hall and bathroom, air heat pump, shower, toilet, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 large wooden decks, large Weber gas grill and smaller Weber charcoal grill.

Oxelösund's best swimming with rocks that you can dive from, two beaches with sand and two bathing jetties (common within the community) are located at 50 m distance from the plot. From the plot also views the sea. Large plot and protected location. Good parking facilities for several cars on the plot.

Bicycles and kayaks are available to borrow which are included in the rent. Both bicycles and kayaks are old but working.

Twenty minutes to golf course with 36 holes, 5 minutes to tennis courts.
Close to very nice hiking trails and mushroom and berry forests.

Badtunnan fick vi städa, filter för rengöring i tunnan fungerade inget vidare för det hade behövt bytas. För de pengar man betalar för en vecka skulle det vara gjort kan jag tycka. Kanoten man fick låna kanske hade sett sina bästa dagar. I övrigt en fin vecka.

Hej Ulrika! Jag beklagar om ni inte var nöjda med badtunnan och kajaken. Badtunnan hade jag förberett så bra det går innan ni kom. Filtret var bara två veckor gammalt och köpt för 400:- och filtret skall räcka hela sommaren. Tunnan var fylld med vatten och jag hade hällt i desinficeringsmedel som räcker 1 vecka. Eftersom det är en vedeldad tunna så kan det såklart vara lite skräp som letar sig till vattnet. Men en ny fin håv var framlagd som man kan fiska upp skräpet med. Kajaken är en gammal glasfiberkajak, det är en klassisk svensk kajak och fullt funktionell. Jag har nu förtydligat i annonsen att den är gammal.
