Large cosy cottage situated northeast of Borgholm

Welcome to a big cabin situated 15 km northeast of Borgholm with spectacular nature just around the corner.
If you´re a birdwatcher you´ve come to the right place with ”Djurstad” swamp and ”Petgärde” swamp in the vicinity.
In the near area there´s a football pitch, a tennis court and a playground.
By car it takes around 10 minutes to the beautiful beach and picturesque fishing village of Kårehamn and 10 minutes to the cosy bathing spot Djupvik.
The cottage also has a large child-friendly garden
