Stockholm archipelago paradise

Newly built architect-designed houses 50 + 15 + 15 squaremeters greatly situated right by the sea.
The houses are our guesthouses and we let them a few weeks during the summer.

In the main house there is an open plan living room and kitchen.
Kitchen with induction stove, oven, microwave. freezer, fridge and dishwasher.
Bathroom with shower and incineration toilet.
Sleeping loft with double bed (120 cm) and possibility of extra bed.

A new cottage is built, connected directly to the main guest house. It serves as master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a charming sight towards sunrise and the sea through the large glass doors.

In another newly built house, two more bedrooms are available - one room with a 140 cm double bed and one room with a 90 cm bed.

This living serves well a family of six people.


Free high-speed internet.

Small boat with motor, kayak and indian canoe are included in rent.
A lot of life vests of different sizes are at your disposal.
Jetty with large deck and sandy seashore.
Jetty is being shared with hosting family.

For the children there is a wendy house as well as slide, swing and a big trampoline.

Boule course.

Sauna with shower.

The estate is situated at an island close to the mainland. Regular ferry from the island to Stockholm three times daily. Five minute trip with own boat to the mainland where berth as well as parking space are at disposal.
Taxi boat service is also an option.

Final cleaning is being done by a professional firm. This means a mandatory cost of 165 €.

Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented for 25 €/person.
