Charming, comfortable summer villa 140 sqm on Djurö close to Stockholm (45 min by car). The house is very bright with large windows, huge terrace on two levels facing south with multiple seating groupings. Natural plot approx 1000 sqm. Distance ie 150 meters to the sea, swimming, fishing, rocks, smal sandy beach.
10 min walk to the service, bakery, supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, mini-golf.
3 min to direct bus to Slussen, Stockholm (it takes about 1 hour and the buses run frequently).
Five rooms. Kitchen preserved in 50s style with dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, pantry. Bright dining room and great room cozy with a fireplace, Three bedrooms, one is a small sleeping kabinett. Bathroom with heated floors and tub. Woodburning Sauna house on the ground with an outside shower.

The villa is indeed absolutely charming and tastefully decorated, with green surroundings and convenient location near restaurants, shop etc. The owner was very helpful and always ready to support. Contrary to an earlier review, we didn't encounter much mosquitos. Would be happy to stay here again!

Glöm inte Thermacell. Den barnvänliga badstranden ligger ca. 15 minpromenad eller 2 min med bil strax efter Ica på andra sidan av vägen. Stor fågelreservat mittemot huset. Fåglarnas läten är som taget från Jurassic Park! Spännande. Paradis för fågelskådare!
