Totally newly renovated house at Österlen Nov. -21. Guest house of circa 60m² with kitchen and TV room with a sofa bed, loft with large bedroom with a double bed + 2 single beds on the upper floor. Room for 5 - 6 persons.
Internet available. Travel cot available to lend.
A well equipped kitchen with dining area, cooker/oven, micro, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee percolator etc.
Shower/WC.
A lovely patio with a fantastic view over open landscape and Hammars backar.
Garden furniture, barbeque, parasol, and clotheshorse available.
Non-smoking. The location of the cottage requires access to a car.
Distance circa: The sea (Kåseberga and Nybrostrand) 4km, Shop (Glemmingebro) 5km,
Golf (Ystad GK) 7km, Ingelstorp 2km, Neighbour 20 mts, Ystad 14km.
The cottage is situated next to a nature reserve with a rich animal and bird life. The lodger has a private road down to the cottage.
Swap days are Sundays. Checking out at 11:00 and checking in at 15:00.

En fin stuga i vacker omgivning. Väl utrustat kök med en uteplats som ligger perfekt med utsikt över Hammarsbackar. Ett mycket trevligt och hjälpsamt värdpar.
