House by the sea 5 km south of Kalmar

The house of 108m2 is situated 50 metres from the sea on the idyllic Boholmarna,
5 km south west of Kalmar centre. Kitchen with a generous sea view, large living room
with the sea in sight from three directions and a sofa bed with two beds. The house
has two bedrooms - one with a king size double bed and one with two single beds.
There is a bathroom with shower, WC, washer and dryer.

In connection to the living room exit to an englazed verandah.
The house has Wi-Fi, 100 MB/sec via optical Cable.

Down stairs in the basement there is a sauna, bathtub and WC.

At the 1,500m2 large ground plot there is a guest house with a double bed, or two single beds. Also on the grounds there
is a garage with parking space, a conservatory, garden furniture and a barbeque.

There is access to a rowing boat and a canoe for trips around the many islands.

We stayed there in August 2022 for a week. It is a cozy holiday home on a beautiful large plot. There are 2 bedrooms in the house and an additional 4 people can sleep outside the main house in small cottages. Our adult son loved this freedom and close to the cottage ("stuga") is the entrance to the basement, where there is an additional bathroom and sauna. There are beautiful water views from the stuga, living room and kitchen. The chain of islands is also perfect for cycling and leads to a very good cycle path to Kalmar or to the nearest supermarket in Rinkabyholm. I found it wonderful to canoe around the many small islands or to Stensö Camping / Kalmar. To paddle with the whole family, we were even allowed to use a second old canoe. There were also life jackets. The landlord lives next door. He and his wife are very helpful and discreet.

Underbart hus och lika underbar husägare ! Allt fungerade 100 % Mkt väl utrustat hus, stor bra TV, snabbt internet, skön säng, perfekt städning och det ser ut precis som på fotona ! Hit kommer jag så gärna tillbaka och rekommenderar varmt boendet !!

Beautifull with all the facilities one could wish, even if the wheather is bad (which it wasn't). Surrounded by water, loads of birds, 10' from nice city (Kalmar). Owner has a place next door but is very discreet, friendly and helpfull. We will be back. J&B

Jag och min sambo hyrde V32-2013. Vi vill verkligen ge våra bästa reckomendationer. Rent o snyggt, stor o härlig tomt, underbar utsikt över vatten åt två håll. Här fanns allt man behöver. Mycket bra ställe att bo för utflykter till Öland och Småland, bara 15 minuters bilresa till Ölandsbron. Sist men inte minst, ett stort tack till våra jättetrevliga hyresvärdar - Stort tack från Claes och Elisabeth
