Welcome to Häradssätter Gård – a charming small farm in southern Östergötland, just ten minutes from the coast in Valdemarsvik. Here you stay in a peaceful, scenic setting with nature right outside your door – perfect for both relaxation and an active getaway.

Wildlife moves through the surrounding forests, horses and goats graze in nearby fields, and on the farm you will also find chickens, peacocks, cats and two friendly free-roaming dogs.

A quiet lake is just a short walk away, ideal for swimming, fishing or a peaceful moment by the water. Guests are welcome to use the rowing boat and canoe.

The cottage (Torpet)
This cozy 18th-century cottage (37 sqm) combines historic charm with modern comfort. It features a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area for four, a sleeping alcove with a double bed (160 cm), and a bathroom with shower. A cast iron stove adds extra warmth and atmosphere.

Perfect for solo travelers, couples or a small family.

Outdoor area
A private patio with barbecue and hammock invites you to enjoy quiet mornings and relaxed evenings.

Please note
Low ceiling height throughout the cottage (189 cm).

Comfort
Fast Wi-Fi and Chromecast make it suitable for both holiday stays and remote work.

Practical information
Basic supplies (dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper) are included.
Bed linen and towels can be rented (150 SEK/person).
Final cleaning can be booked (1,200 SEK).

Available year-round. During July–August, weekly bookings only (Saturday–Saturday). For stays longer than two weeks – please contact us for an offer.

During the low season (September–June), you can book by day or week and choose your arrival and departure dates.
During the high season (July–August), bookings are weekly only, from Saturday to Saturday.

Lower rates apply during the low season, while higher rates apply during the high season and public holidays.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Some flexibility may be possible for earlier arrival or later departure.
