The water comes from a private well. It is safe to use but may have a slightly earthy taste. Drinking water can be brought if preferred.

This is a private rental (not a commercial business), and guests have access to the entire property.

Electric vehicle charging is included in the rent.

For stays of up to two nights, guests are responsible for cleaning before check-out.

For stays of three nights or more, a cleaning fee of 1000 SEK will be charged.
