Welcome to our spacious split-level timber house (229 sqm) located on a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic. Here you live surrounded by northern Swedish nature, with the river and forest just around the corner – perfect for those seeking both tranquility and adventure.

The House:
• Sleeps 8–10 guests
• 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed (120 cm + 90 cm), and one with a 105 cm bed
• Two living rooms – one with a cozy fireplace
• Newly renovated kitchen with plenty of space for cooking
• Spa area with sauna, shower and jacuzzi
• 2 toilets, geothermal heating, outdoor grill area
• Parking for 2 cars (plus street parking)
• Pets welcome, smoking outdoors only

How to get here:
• By car: Kalix is located along the E4, easy access to Haparanda, Luleå and Boden
• By air:
o Luleå Airport (Kallax) – about 50 minutes by car, daily flights from Stockholm and other cities
o Kemi-Tornio Airport (Finland) – about 1 hour from Haparanda
• By bus: Regular connections between Kalix, Luleå and Haparanda
• By train: Kalix train station, several travel options

Winter (Dec–Mar):
Northern Lights – watch the lights dance across the sky, often visible directly from the house or the river.
Skiing – cross-country tracks in the nearby forest, downhill skiing at Rudträskbacken.
