Modern Summer Villa in Olofsbo – 300m from the Bea

Enjoy the summer in Olofsbo, named one of travel magazine Vagabond's five favorite spots in Sweden! We are renting out our modern 95 m² house with an open-concept layout and high ceilings. Perfect accommodation for two small families or for those seeking high standards and plenty of space. From the terrace, you can hear the waves rolling in against the dunes at Olofsbo beach.

House and sleeping arrangements:

Main building: Four bedrooms. One Master bedroom (160 cm) with direct access to a children's room (crib + 2 x 80 cm beds). Two bedrooms next to the kitchen with bunk beds (90 cm) and a family bed (120+90 cm) respectively.

Guest cottage: 12 m² with electricity/heating and two 90 cm beds.

Living room: Cozy fireplace and access to a large deck in an east/west position with sun from morning to evening and outdoor furniture for 10 people.

Amenities:
The house is equipped for a worry-free vacation: 250 Mbit Fiber (Mesh-WiFi), dual 55" OLED Smart TVs (AppleTV), air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher, Weber grill, Moccamaster, and a modern kitchen with Siemens appliances. The driveway has space for 4 cars and an 11kW EV charger (charging is paid for separately).

The Area:
Olofsbo is a peaceful summer idyll just north of Falkenberg with one of the West Coast's finest sandy beaches. Everything is within walking distance: a well-stocked shop with fresh morning bread, several nice restaurants (e.g., Flip Flop Beach bar and Baksidan), mini-golf, and a summer medical clinic. For golfers, Björnhults GK is just "a few drives" away, and Gekås Ullared shopping is just over 30 minutes by car.

Practical Info & Rules:

Included: Cleaning supplies.

Bring your own: Bed linens and towels.

Cleaning: Performed thoroughly by the tenant before departure.

Booking: Rented weekly (Sunday–Sunday). Check-in 2–4 PM, check-out by 1 PM.

Rules: No smoking, no shoes indoors, no parties. Pets are not allowed (dogs can be discussed upon request). The house is not allergy-free.

The property is handed over in an approved, cleaned condition. We reserve the right to select suitable and responsible tenants.
