• The Main Cabin: Open-plan kitchen & living area, soapstone stove, bathroom (incineration toilet/shower), sleeping loft with two beds, and a glass-enclosed sunroom with panoramic lake views.
• The old house: A charming house featuring a bedroom for 2 guests & a living room, wood-burning stove, and lake views from both rooms. This house is equipped with kerosene lighting.
• The Guest Room: 2 beds located in the same building as the sauna, featuring a wood-burning stove and lake views.

The accommodation, built/renovated in 2020, is off-grid with its own electricity, solar-heated water, and water supply, making it sustainable and gentle on the planet.
• Wellness: Wood-fired hot tub and sauna strategically placed by the water to enjoy sunsets over Lake Hjälmaren.
• Culinary: Large outdoor kitchen with granite countertop and a robust grill for open-air cooking – why not with your own fresh-caught fish on the menu?
• Activities: Access to private beaches, open grassy areas for games, forest trail through untouched nature, two piers, plus a smal boat and sea kayak for lake excursions. Fishing with rod and reel is free in Lake Hjälmaren, known for its excellent pike-perch (gös).
