The land lord couple lives on the first floor of the house and which makes it easy to ask simple questions. As a guest in the apartment you also have full access to the lovely garden sloping down towards the Lake Saltsjön´s beach and at the beak towards the east is a lovely gazebo and a pavilion. The beak is perfect for morning swimming and/or evening dip in Lake Saltsjön but is not a swimming spot. A stable rowing boat is included in the rent for you own excursions in the area. Villa Gustafslund is a well-known wholesale supplier´s villa with lots of gingerbread work, built in 1890 as a summer home.
