En sportstuga med fantastiskt läge på Tynningö, bilväg med bilfärja hela vägen fram. Sjötomt med egen stor brygga där man gärna spenderar sina fina sommardagar. Det finns gott om utrymme på bryggan, både med matbord och solstolar. En barnvänlig strand finns precis bredvid bryggan. I sjöboden finns en liten vedeldad bastu samt omklädningsrum. I huvudhuset finns 3 sovrum, WC med dusch, vardagsrum samt fullt utrustat kök. 2 uteplatser med matbord, en uteplats med morgonsol och en med kvällssol. I vardagsrummet finns soffa, 2 fåtöljer samt TV. Matbord inomhus för 5 personer. Matborden utomhus för 6 personer. I gästhuset finns ytterligare 2 sängar, WC med dusch samt tvättmaskin. 2 cyklar finns att låna samt 2 kajaker.
