A cabin near the sea

The cabin is located on Klämmesudden near Kvarnsandsvägen, Grisslehamn. The cabin is a couple of minutes' walk to the cliffs and the sea, and from the garden you can both see and hear the sea. 1.5 km away is a lovely and large sandy beach, Kvarnsand.

The cabin has a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. A family room with a family bed, dining table and a kitchenette with two hotplates, microwave and small fridge. A bathroom with shower, sink and a toilet (Separett).

The cabin has a porch with morning sun, and there is access to a outdoor area with a sofa group with sun during the day. A private carchole grill is available.

The cabin is situated on a plot with a a larger house (100 sq m) where I stay with my family during weekends and holidays. There is a cat on the plot.

2.5 km to bus stop (SL) in Grisslehamn. 1.7 km to a foodstore in Grisslehamn. 1.7 km to Ålandsbåten (Eckerölinjens terminal in Grisslehamn) several restaurants and cafes in Grisslehamn.

The house is rented out for longer periods between April and September. The house is not available for permanent residence, only as holiday accommodation. For rental periods of more than three months, a discounted price can be discussed.

No smoking indoors. The tenant is responsible for emptying the toilet.
