Österlen at Löderups Strandbad

This cozy house is located in the nature reserve between Ales stenar and Backåkra. The ground floor has a combined living room/kitchen with dining area, sofa group and wood burning stove and a fresh bathroom. Upstairs there is a spacious sleeping loft with two beds and storage. The house is not suitable for children.
From the house you have a view of the slopes of Kåsebergaåsen. After a short walk up the hill you have a wonderful view of both the sea and the landscape and close to swimming. In this beautiful nature with the fantastic white sandy beaches, there is also a rich cultural life. You can take a paragliding course, hike, go to concerts, look at art, eat well or just hang out on the beach and swim.

Rental takes place weekly, normally Saturday to Saturday, but also per day, however a minimum of five days. Cleaning is done by the tenant before moving out.
We draw up our own contracts according to standard templates and have had many satisfied tenants over the years.
