Allevadslilla

Our small former pigsty in Österlen was renovated in 2008 and named Allevadslilla. It is beautifully situated by the millpond, secluded from the rest of the farm.
It features a bedroom with two beds and a large sleeping loft with two beds, as well as a spacious living area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
A new heat pump with air conditioning is installed. An extra bed or a cot can be arranged. Allevadslilla is located by the Nybroån river—rich in fish—at the end of the Fyle Valley, an area renowned for its scenery and birds of prey. It is an excellent destination during the winter months, when many birdwatchers visit the valley. Guests have access to hides by the millpond and the river rapids for photography. Within walking distance, you will find the Fyle Valley nature reserve (including Benestads backar) as well as the Örup elm forest and orchid marsh.
The location is central, offering quick access to swimming beaches and fishing villages on the south and east coasts, nature reserves, other excursion destinations, restaurants, and shops.

Road description:
Allevadsmölla - ca 10km north of Ystad along road 19 towards Kristianstad. At the Köpingebro/Högestad junction, turn off towards Köpingebro, drive 300 mts, turn left onto Allevadsvägen, cross the stone bridge, pass between two houses, and head down the linden avenue to the left.
