Our little piggery in Österlen is newly renovated and fresh and has been named Allevadslilla. It is beautifully located by the Kvardammen, separated from the rest of the farm. Bedroom with 2 berths and a large sleeping loft with 2 berths. Large living room and kitchenette and toilet-shower. Heat pump with AC. Extra bed or cot can be arranged. Allevadslilla is located by the fish-rich Nybroån at the end of Fyledalen - famous for its nature and its birds of prey. An excellent destination during the winter months when many birdwatchers visit the valley. Two hideouts around the Kvarndammen are available to residents for photography. Within walking distance are the nature reserves of Fyledalen with Benestad's slopes and Örup's elm forest and orchid marsh. Here you live centrally and quickly reach beaches and fishing villages on the south and east coasts, nature reserves and other excursion destinations, restaurants and shops.



Road description:
Allevadsmölla - circa 10km north of Ystad along road 19 towards Kristianstad. At the crossroads
Köpingebro/Högestad take off towards Köpingebro, drive 300 mts, take left on
Allevadsvägen, over a stone bridge, between two houses, down into the linden alley to the left.
