Now you can rent this Skåne farmhouse (partially renovated 2023/2024) from only 10,000 sek/week. You rent one of the 3 farmhouses and you are the only tenant on the farm when you rent this accommodation.

The farm is completely private (no neighbors) outside Ingelstorp, about 15 minutes from Ystad, 5 minutes from Kåseberga, 8 minutes from Ystads Golf Club, 2 minutes from Olof Viktors, 4 minutes from Fredrik on Eklaholm and 7 minutes from the sandy beach, restaurant, mini golf and the sea in Löderups Strandbad and about 10 minutes to Sandhammaren's lovely sandy beach!

There are lots of cafes and restaurants within a short drive.

A total of 6 beds are offered here:
One 160 cm bed and
One 140 cm bed in the same bedroom.
There are bedroom doors. Freshly painted and newly wallpapered in 2024.

In the TV room (there is a entrance hall with 2 doors between the bedroom and the TV room) there is
one 140 cm bed and
one sofa bed 120 cm wide.
The TV room has both AC and heating system controlled by remote control.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove with owen, toaster, automatic coffee maker with espresso etc, , bathroom with shower/toilet, pool table, dart board, Wi-Fi, TV with Apple/tv/chrome-cast, dining room table for 6 persons, and much more.

Many historical events have taken place here on the farm, for example, the artist Jahn Teigen has lived here, some scenes in the Wallander film The Photographer were filmed on the farm and Carola has appeared here on NRK TV.

In the park-like (approx. 7000 m2) and private garden there is a hot tub for 7 - 8 people, a large patio with a charcoal grill, 5 sun loungers, a hammock, a hanging chair, a football goal, bocce, badminton, golf clubs for chipping, several different small oases where you can sit and enjoy the sun or the shade, you choose where the greatest pleasure is!

Electric car charger (unlimited use) is included in the rent.

Please note! Low ceilings (as built in the 18th century) throughout the accommodation. Approx. 1.95 m between the rafters.

No washing machine.

Dogs are welcome.

You bring your own bed linen and towels.

You clean yourself and the cleaning is checked by us on the day of departure.
