The house was completed in November 2022 and is fully equipped and modern. There are three bedrooms with double beds in each room (180, 160 & 160 cm). The kitchen, living room and hall are open plan.

Here you will find all comforts with underfloor heating, tiled bathroom, kitchen island, dishwasher, induction hob, built-in oven and microwave/oven.

Outside the house there is a large terrace with outdoor furniture (in spring, summer and autumn) as well as a charcoal grill and a gas grill.

The house is located approx. 75 m from lake Skagern and very close to swimming, fishing (requires fishing license) and a campsite with a kiosk, mini golf, boat and canoe rental. The loading ramp for boats may be used for a fee (SEK 50/time).

In the area there are mostly summer cottages but also some permanent residences.

By car, it is approx. 10 minutes to the town of Hova, where Ica, pizzeria, restaurant, cafe, etc. can be found. In Laxå, about 15 minutes by car, there are Systembolag, ICA, Coop, Pharmacy and restaurants.
About 20 minutes away is the Tiveden nature reserve and the small community of Sannerud with hiking trails, high-altitude track, horseback riding, fishing and canoe rental.

Trevligt välkomnande när vi anlände till huset. Bra utrustning i kök, bra sängar och härligt läge. Vi hyrde huset under april och fick en del snö, vilket var toppen för oss, även om vi förstått att det är som allra bäst på sommaren. Ett toppenboende som vi rekommenderar och gärna återvänder till! Vi var två vuxna och tre barn i varierande åldrar.
