Very child-friendly and quietly located, with a large and sunny garden. Barely 100 m to the harbor and the mile-long sandy beach and nature reserve. Stroll and hiking trails along the sea, on the heath, in the forest and along the lanes in the blooming and charming fishing village. Culture and activities such as tennis/padel, cinema, restaurants, shops, bakery, bank etc. are nearest in Kivik, just under 2 km to the south. Three golf courses within 10-20 minutes drive. In Vitemölla there is a bus stop (Kristianstad-Simrishamn) at route 9, a kiosk, boules court and mini golf.
Granny’s cottage was built in the 1840s, has 3 rooms and was refreshed internally in 2022. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge and freezer, stove, fan, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and shower room (shower cabin, washing machine) are older, but work well. Wifi, TV and AC are available. The small bedroom has a bunk bed (90x200), the TV room a sofa bed (140x200). In the attic there is an extra bed and mattresses. Dining room with 4-6 seats. Games and books to borrow. Step stool, potty and beach toys are available. Plenty of play space inside the dining room and outside. Ball grill, parasol, garden furniture, deckchairs. Bicycles for adults are available to borrow.
Parking on the plot for 2 cars.
Cleaning, sheets and towels are not included.
