Here you will find the farm with wonderful views in all directions. 7 km outside Ystad and 2.5 km to the beach and train station (Svarte).

The house is detached, approx. 150 square meters. We live in another house on the property, but have a separate patio at the back of the house.
Here there are plenty of different patios with furniture and 2 barbecues to borrow.

As we have recently taken over this facility and are not finished with the renovation, we will not be able to offer breakfast this year.

The double rooms are located on the upper floor inert other house, they share living room and bathroom. Access to fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and tea maker as well as a dining area on the first floor which is still under renovation. There will be a hair salon as well as a larger dining room and flea market corner.
There are also patios with grills to use.

The house has 2 bedrooms downstairs, (1 room with 2 single beds. 1 room with a double bed. ) Kitchen with dining area, living room and bathroom.
2 bedrooms on the upper floor (1 with a double bed and 2 single beds, 1 room with a double bed) and bathroom.


Rental according to the following options:

Alt 1: 2 rooms. Each room has 1 double bed and a single bed, it is possible to insert an extra bed for SEK 170/night. Access to fridge, microwave, coffee maker and breakfast room on the floor below. Living room and bathroom
SEK 1,300/night cleaning and bed linen & towels are included in the price.
Wi-fi and smart TV in the rooms.

Alt 2: A separate house with 4 bedrooms.
A total of 3 double beds and 6 single beds as well as 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen.

The house is rented weekly for SEK 15,000 for 8 people. SEK 17,000 if there are 9-10 people.
It is possible to rent for a shorter time after the increase.
Wi-fi and smart TV in the rooms.
Blankets and pillows are included, but not bed linen and towels.
It can be purchased for SEK 150/person
Cleaning is not included in the price but can also be purchased for SEK 2000

When booking, a booking fee of SEK 5,000 is paid for the house, SEK 500 for the rooms, which is deducted from the total amount, the entire amount must be paid 2 weeks before arrival. In case of cancellation later than 2 weeks before arrival, the booking fee is not refunded.
