Our studio apartment is something out of the ordinary, exclusive and tasteful with the absolute best location in the idyllic fishing village of Kivik. It is a stone's throw from the harbor with fishing boats, a restaurant and a swimming area. The house is completely newly built in 2021 with lavish minimalist design, bold materials, high standard, large glass sections and exclusive feel. You open the large glass doors to a patio to the south where you can enjoy your breakfast or grill the evening's fish from the fish shop in the harbor. Kivik is the pearl of Österlen. There are several well-reputed restaurants, cozy cafes and absolutely fantastic surroundings with beaches and hiking trails.
Muster up the courage to take a morning dip from the jetty by the beach even in the autumn. Or just stroll in the beautiful little alleys and enjoy a truly unique environment. The house is equipped for four people. One bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Towels and sheets are included and of course you get your very own parking with your own charging post for your electric car completely free of charge.
