Stay by the beach outside Ystad

We rent out our newly renovated house on Svarte's beach weekly. 4 beds in 2 separate bedrooms on floor 2. Bottom floor with panoramic view to the sea, large living room and kitchen including dishwasher with exit to wooden deck and furnished patio. Bathroom with shower. The house is about 50 m from the beach and about 200 m to the train station which takes you to Ystad (5 min), Österlen and Copenhagen. In Svarte, besides the popular beach with jetty and kiosk, there is also a bakery as well as a thai restaurant and pizzeria.
Please bring linens and towels.
Final cleaning is done by you as a tenant (can be purchased for the service).
Check-in: Saturdays 14.00
Check-out: Saturdays 11:00
Animals and smoking are not allowed.

Bra läge i mysiga och lugna Svarte. Vågorna hörs, även om kustvägen går precis framför huset och stranden. Finns dock en undergång till stranden. Bra utgångspunkt för både utflykter till Österlen, Köpenhamn och Falsterbo Horseshow.
