Kylstrand is located at Österlen between Simrishamn and Ystad, 4,5km from Skillinge, 9km from Glimmingehus and just 90 minutes’ drive from Copenhagen.
The holiday house Villa M is of 250m² and situated on a beautiful ground plot.
Villa M is located just 150 mts from the sea and even if you can´t see the sea and the beach from the house, you will enjoy the serenity, the birds singing and the whoosh from the sea.
Villa M has all facilities you need for the optimal holiday at Österlen: Living room and an all-purpose room equipped with a pool table, fireplace heating stove, satellite dish TV, DVD, CD, and Wi-Fi. Modern kitchen with convection oven, microwave oven, stovetop and two dishwashers. Seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, sauna, washing machine and tumble drier and waterborne floor heating.
Villa M is bright and nicely decorated with furniture in modern Scandinavian style.
In the garden there is a tempered jacuzzi all year round, playground, trampoline, barbeque and garden furniture with parasols.
Well assorted shops and delicious restaurants you will find in the picturesque fishing village Skillinge, about 4,5km away. Also horseback riding schools, cafés, entertainment, culture and nature close up.

Seasons and price range

During season C & D we let Villa M per night (a minimum of three nights is required) or at a discounted weekend/weekly price. During season A & B it is only possible to let Villa M by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Other seasons any day are good as swap days, except for Saturdays. Arriving time to Villa M is at the earliest 15:00 and departure at the latest 11:00. Other times after agreement.

N.B.! The weekend and weekly packages are not available during Valborg (Walpurgis Night), Kristi Himmelsfärd (the Ascension of Christ), pingst (Pentecost), Easter, midsummer, Christmas, or New Year.

Season A
During season A we only rent Villa M by the week from Saturday to Saturday.

Season B, C and D
During season B, season C and season D, Villa M is available to let per night (a minimum of three nights required) or be the week.

Season C and D
During season C and season D our weekly and weekend package is available. The weekly and weekend package is not available during Valborg (Walpurgis Night), Kristi Himmelsfärd (the Ascension of Christ), Easter, Christmas, or New Year.

Christmas and New Year
During Christmas and New Year we let by the week.

An extra fee for power consumption of SEK 2,07/kWh will be applied. Final cleaning before departure is available to order for a fee of SEK 1,800. Bed linen and towels available for SEK 125/set.
