Destination Vemdalen with Klövsjö is voted as Sweden's most beautiful village with great trekking and delicate food! You will find a silent and great nature! Have your swim in the lake and enjoy golfing (2km away), berry picking, canoing/cayaking, fishing (great fishing by boat 100m away), trekking, cycling or just relaxing with a glass of wine! Enjoy every day in our sauna or add our hot pool to enjoy the afternoon!

The space
Handcrafted log house in picturesque style. You will not want to leave! That is our promise to you! After each day, enjoy a Sauna in our relax room and in summer time, have a swim in the lake.

Guest access
Everything you need is in place!
We need a reference from you in order to rent since we want to secure that we have guests who treat this house as if it is your own:)

We provide 2 bicycles, barbecuring, outdoor furniture for you to enjoy!

In winter time, we make available a kick-sleigh for you,. Great fun just outside the door or up on the mountains.

Other things to note
Interested will get a PDF with pictures and details of surroundings. We normally rent out per week, commencing on Saturday to Saturday. Some weeks can be shorter after dialogue with us!

Nearby

Bicycle rental – Rental is made from the local company "Klövsjö äventyr och Konferens". There are 2 cycles in the house, but will not promise air in tyres and so on. However, if you know how to check, feel free to use them.
Boat rental – Rental is made from the local company "Klövsjö äventyr och Konferens". There are 2 lakes, the boats from "our" lake is located 200m away.
Cross-country skiing – For winter - this is a mekka for both cross-country skiing with track just outside the door and on the mountains. You can use the lifts for free to access the tracks when you come with cross-country skis.
Dog sledge – Rental is made from the local company "Klövsjö äventyr och Konferens" or through destination Vemdalen.
Downhill skiing (snowboard) – One of the best skiing in Jämtland both for kids but also for racing.
Fishing – Rental is made from the local company "Klövsjö äventyr och Konferens" or through Destination Vemdalen
Golf – Klövsjö golf is regarded as a tough and very beautiful course. In summertime, there are many competitions to be part in or just make an evening game. You will not regret playing here.
Hiking trails – Ask the Tourist office, Destination Vemdalen for the latest information. You can do short but also longer for several days.
Hunting – Have to be invited but within a radius of 100km there are hunting to be bought.
Outdoor swimming facilities (beach) – You can take a bath direct in the lake. It is not deep but beautful in summer time.
Riding – Horseriding on the mountains are in Trumvallen, 20k away. Needs to be booked in advance.
Snowmobile driving – Rental is made from the local company "Klövsjö äventyr och Konferens"
