Cottage close to the sea

Welcome to this cozy and comfortable summer house which is located just a kilometer from the sea in the west!

The cottage is situated at a height in a quiet holiday area. From the cottage it is about 1 km to the sea and the west coast archipelago. This is a great place to enjoy the holidays. Go on excursions to the destinations along Bohuslän's coast and come back to the cottage in the evening, light the grill and relax in the evening sun on the patio, in this tranquil area. The associated plot is large, and here the children can run around freely (or bounce on the trampoline).

Accommodation:
The cottage itself is a classic log cabin. The inside is of the simpler kind, but you'll have everything you need for a holiday visit. There is a lounge, where there is a dining table, a large sofa bed (the two extra beds), and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen has good cooking facilities with an oven and three cooking plates, refrigerator, freezer and a microwave oven. Secluded in the cottage is also a bunk bed.

The other two beds are in a bunk bed in a cozy outdoor house on the plot. Here is also the mull toilet (separation toilet) located, separately of course.

The area:
The area is quiet and nice. The cottage works well as a starting point for many other popular holiday destinations in Bohuslän, such as those at Orust and Tjörn.

Getting here:
Getting here is simplest using your own or a rented car. Parking is available on the plot.

All communication takes place remotely.

Final cleaning is carried out by the guests. Bed linen, towels and other consumables are not included in the rent.

Downpayment is used.
20% of the rent is to be paid at the time of the booking. The remainder is payable 60 days prior to arrival.

A deposit of SEK 2500 is paid in connection with the final payment, and is returned shortly after check-out, provided that the cottage is left in a good condition.

Check-out/check-in: Sundays.
Check-out before 11:00, and check-in at 15:00 or later, unless agreed differently.

The cottage is only rented to attentive guests (references may be requested).
