THE SURROUNDINGS
The cottage and the large terrace offer views of meadows, forest and here and there you can see the sea between the trees. It fits just as well for a couple or the small family. The main thing is that you like the tranquility, nature, mountains, the sea and rocks.

Regardless of whether you are big or small, you of course challenge each other at a crab fishing competition, – “who gets the most crabs in the bucket in an hour? (The crabs are of course released back into the sea when you have finished fishing). and take an evening dip, lie on warm glorious cliffs and hear the waves crashing against the beach.You can hardly get a better end to the day.
You can find small natural beaches with a small beach edge even for the little ones.

THE COTTAGE
The cottage is just as suitable for a couple or the small family. From the back you enter directly into the living room / kitchen which is in open plan. Here is a sofa bed and a lovely stove if you would like to light a fire.
From here you also enter the nice bathroom and the bedroom with a double bed. The loft has a ladder, so the loft is not suitable for small children. From the living room you have direct access to the large terrace which has outdoor furniture and parasol.

The cottage is located on a larger headland, so you can say that the area is surrounded by sea. There are several opportunities for swimming, from cliffs, small beaches and jetties.

Rent a week or two at Tjörn

In addition to all the islands, beaches and cliffs, there is plenty to experience on Tjörn. In Kållekärr you shop at the fun Korggubben where everything is available. In Skärhamn you have lots of restaurants to choose from; everything from Tapas to the archipelago’s luxury food. The Nordic Watercolor Museum is located in Skärhamn and is worth at least one visit. In Rönnäng you have, among other things, cozy Skärgårn Bar & Restaurant with a west coast character. Pilane Sculpture & burial ground is closer to Kyrkesund, where you can walk in a sheep pasture and look at fantastic outdoor art or just have a coffee. At Sundsby Säteri you can walk, eat well and shop locally produced & handicrafts.

For those who like golf, Tjörns Golfklubb has a good golf course with a very good restaurant.
