Architect-designed dream by the sea in Bohuslän

Welcome to Bua Utsikten in Sotenäs County!
Bua utsikten consists of two architect-designed houses of 40m² respective 110m². The houses were finished during spring 2015 and is for rent as a pair or separately. Bua Hed is a nature reserve with fantastic heath moors and lovely swimming coves and with just ten houses in the area. Nearest larger community is Kungshamn and Smögen which are about ten minutes away, supermarket is a ferry journey away at Malmön.
The houses are about 2½ minutes from a fantastic swimming cove with very few swimming visitors. Apart from salty swimming there are fishing, hiking trails, animals and nature. The mackerel appears along the coast during summer and the evenings may just offer sea-trout if you’re I luck.
