The approximately 80 square meter cottage is in good condition, with fresh furnishings and fully equipped and with new machinery. In connection with the mature and secluded garden there is a conservatory with opening glass sections. Lawn for sunbathing and playing with garden furniture and sun loungers. Access to an outdoor barbecue and Murrukka is available. Sweden's longest sandy beach, just under a kilometer away, is very shallow and child-friendly. At the entrance to Mellbystrand there is an ICA Maxi. A few hundred meters from the cottage there is a pine forest with an exercise trail and mountain bike path. In the vicinity there are several golf courses, go-carts and fishing opportunities. Båstad, Halmstad and Tylösand can be reached in 15-30 minutes and Gothenburg, Malmö and Copenhagen in less than two hours.
